July 28: Woman and two girls killed in Gujranwala blasphemy row

A mob torched an Ahmadi neighbourhood in Gujranwala, killing a woman and two girls in a row over blasphemy. An Ahmadi boy, Aqib Salim, 17, was accused of posting a blasphemous picture on Facebook. One of his friends began fighting with the teenager in the street, which lead to onlookers gathering and forming into a violent mob. The group set fire to houses in a nearby Ahmedi community, which led to the deaths of the three females. Daily Times

July 30: Two Hazara men shot dead in Quetta

Two members of the Shia Hazara community were gunned down in Spini road area of Quetta. The slain persons were attacked en route to the main city from the Hazara Town area of Quetta. There was no claim of responsibility for the attack. Dawn

August 1: School damaged in Charsadda

An explosive device set off by unidentified persons left a government school in Saron Killay largely damaged. No loss of life was reported in the unclaimed attack. The News

August 2: School bombed in Mohmand Agency

Suspected militants detonated an explosive device left in a Government Girls Primary School in the Mohmand region. No loss of life was reported but the school was partially destroyed in the attack. Daily Times
