March 5: Prayer leader killed in Peshawar A prayer leader was shot dead in the Laja Garhi village near Peshawar by unidentified assailants. The victim was an Afghan national. Dawn March 5: Policeman shot dead in Peshawar sectarian attack A Khyber Pakhtunkhwa policeman was shot dead in Peshawar in a sectarian attack. Hasan Ali was working in the communications wing of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Daily Times March 8: Yoga centre burnt down in Islamabad A yoga centre inaugurated by a world famous Indian guru was burnt by a mob in Islamabad. The Art of Living centre was located in the upmarket Bani Gala suburb of the capital and was the Pakistan branch of an international non-government organisation founded by Nobel peace prize nominee Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
