May 6: One killed in Kurram ambush
One person was killed and at least three others injured when two suicide bombers detonated their vests after they tried to enter a school in the Alizai area of lower Kurram Agency, where a football match was underway between two local teams. May 8: Student murdered in Sujawal
A 12-year-old boy, identified as Hidayatullah Sodho, was murdered in a local seminary in Sujawal. The incident triggered panic in the town and adjoining areas. Dawn
May 9: Doctor killed in Karachi attack
A 65-year-old homeopath, Dr. Anwar Ali Abidi, was killed in Nazimabad on sectarian grounds. According to police reports, two youngsters riding a motorbike pulled up outside the clinic and fired multiple shots at thedoctor before speeding away. Dawn
