November 10: Two killed outside Rawalpindi Imambargah

Two constables were killed and two others injured when three unidentified men opened fire on them outside an imambargah. The slain policemen were both assigned as part of the Imambargah’s security detail. Police speculated that the main target appeared to be mourners present inside the imambargah. Express Tribune 

November 12: Shia leader killed in Shikarpur

Unidentified militants gunned down an office bearer of the Shia Action Committee (SAC) in Shikarpur, in Sindh. The victim, Maulana Shafqat Abbas, was confronted by motorcycle-bound gunmen who sprayed him with bullets, killing him on the spot. Daily Times

November 12: Polio team assaulted in Muzaffargarh

Several members of a polio-vaccination team were beaten up by villagers near Muzaffargarh in southern Punjab.  The team was administering polio drops to the village children in Shah Jamal. Polio vaccination teams have frequently been attacked and their members killed in various parts of the country. Express Tribune

November 12: Caretaker of shrine killed in Charsadda

The caretaker of the shrine of Syed Mian Noor Bacha Baba in Prang, Charsadda was shot dead by unidentified gunmen. Caretaker Jauhar Ali Bacha was sitting inside the shrine with two acquaintances, Sajjad Ali Bacha and Ghareeb Jan, when the gunmen approached on a motorcycle and opened fire, killing Jauhar and injuring the other two men. Express Tribune

November 14: Girls’ school attacked in Charsadda

A girls’ school in Charsadda was left damaged after a bomb was detonated near its boundary wall. The blast left two rooms and a wall damaged. Dawn

November 14: Groups clash over procession in Islamabad

A Muharram procession was attacked by members of the banned extremist group, Ahle Sunnah Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) after claims that the rally had not received police permission. The rally was intercepted by ASWJ members who chanted incendiary slogans and pelted the procession with stones. Eventually, police reinforcement reached the spot along with officials of the capital administration and managed to quell the disturbance. Dawn
